Section Filters

Hi Marco, just a suggestion for the search: it would be great to have a filter to limit results to specific sections of the repertory.

For example, if I'm searching for "redness pudendum," it would be really helpful to be able to select the Female section only, so I don't have to look through matches from Male, Rectum, or Generalities.
