How can we see all the sub-rubrics?
Hello! Iβm confused about a issues of issues when looking up rubrics: 1-When I search for a rubric, I get just the rubric and not all the sub and sub- rubrics that exist in the repertories which requires me to go and search them up in the actual book. Why doesnβt similia show all the Sub a Sub-Rubrics as they are listed in each Rep that way we do not need to keep checking the actual books? 2-Some of the Rubrics listed in Similia are not the same as they are in the actual book. For example: Head Headaches - One-sided, headaches (see left Side or Right Side). This rubric is showing as a sub-rubric under Head Headaches - Oily, forehead in MetaRep in Similia. However, in the actual Murphyβs Rep it is on page 1138 as a main Rubric not a Sub-Rubric. It also has many Sub and Sub-Rubrics under it which do not appear in the search. 3-Suggestion: Is it possible to have the page numbers as well on all the rubrics and sub-rubrics? 4-Suggestion: When we do analysis, is it possible to pick and put two or more remedies next to each other in order to compare them? Thank you so much! :)

MM semantic search with Saine subscription
Hi Marco! I noticed that when I try to use the Semantic Search in the Materia Medica section, the 'Add Complete' subscription pop-up appears immediately. Could you clarify whether subscribing to Complete Repertory 2026 is required to use the semantic search function in Materia Medica? Are these two linked?

unclear rubric meaning
Am I right in assuming that this rubric title MIND - Fear - open spaces (38) Suggesta2 has the same meaning as mind - fear - agoraphobia, for crowded or open spaces (42) Complete26 ? If yes, I would suggest to use the extended rubric title, as Complete does.

"Lying" (Position vs. Deception)
Hi Marco. I noticed that when searching for rubrics related to "lying" in the sense of a child telling an untruth (deception), the semantic engine heavily prioritizes rubrics related to "lying" as a physical body position (e.g., "Lying - amel.", "Cough - lying - agg.").

Section Filters
Hi Marco, just a suggestion for the search: it would be great to have a filter to limit results to specific sections of the repertory. For example, if I'm searching for "redness pudendum," it would be really helpful to be able to select the Female section only, so I don't have to look through matches from Male, Rectum, or Generalities. Thanks!

Semantic search for "night terrors"
Hi Marco. Just out of curiosity, I tried using various terms to describe "night terrors," expecting the search to suggest the "pavor nocturnus" repertory rubric (such as the one in the Saine25 repertory: Mind - FEAR - children, in - night, pavor nocturnus). However, I wasn't able to get that specific rubric to appear in the results. Could you clarify how the semantic search is currently working in Similia? Is it utilizing a vector database for these associations?

Combined Analysis of Multiple Clipboards
Currently, the software allows analyzing rubrics within a single clipboard. However, in complex cases, we often categorize symptoms into different clipboards (e.g., Clipboard 1 for "Physical Generals," Clipboard 2 for "Mental/Emotional," and Clipboard 3 for "Local Symptoms"). There is currently no way to perform a simultaneous analysis of rubrics across multiple selected clipboards. To see the "big picture," I have to move all rubrics into one single list, which ruins the organization of the case. Thanks!

"Go to Repertory" from Search Results
It would be helpful if there were a way to jump directly from a rubric in the Search Results to its actual location in the Repertory view. For example, a small icon next to each rubric in the search results. Thanks!

How to adjust rubric column width
Hello Marco! I am currently working on a case and find it difficult to see all the necessary information in the rubric list on the left side of the screen. Specifically, the column feels too narrow. I am unable to see the entire rubric text, the total number of remedies in that rubric, and the abbreviation of the repertory it comes from all at once without the text being cut off. Is there a setting or a way to manually drag the column to make it wider? If not, could you consider adding a "drag-to-resize" feature or a "compact vs. wide" view toggle in a future update? This would make the repertorization process much smoother when dealing with long rubric paths. Thank you

Search UI not updating status
sorry, for bombarding you today :-) I have noticed a UI consistency issue when adding rubrics manually after using the "Analyze Photo" feature. My workflow: I use the Analyze Photo feature and select several rubrics from the results to add them to my case. I then use the manual Search rubrics field to find additional rubrics. When I click the green plus (+) button on a search result to add it to the repertorization, the rubric is successfully added to the "Selected Rubrics" list on the left. The Problem: However, the icon in the search results list does not change from the green plus (+) to the red trash bin (delete) icon. This makes it confusing to know which rubrics from the search results have already been added to the case.
