Search UI not updating status

sorry, for bombarding you today :-)

I have noticed a UI consistency issue when adding rubrics manually after using the "Analyze Photo" feature.

My workflow:

1. I use the Analyze Photo feature and select several rubrics from the results to add them to my case.

2. I then use the manual Search rubrics field to find additional rubrics.

3. When I click the green plus (+) button on a search result to add it to the repertorization, the rubric is successfully added to the "Selected Rubrics" list on the left.

4. The Problem: However, the icon in the search results list does not change from the green plus (+) to the red trash bin (delete) icon. This makes it confusing to know which rubrics from the search results have already been added to the case.
