Overall prescription field

When I create a multi item prescription I would like to add an overall prescription note to the patient. Currently I need to either create a new item called notes and add information to that other I add it to a remedy. An overall note would be great. For example If I could add text and use that in a templates way. Taking remedies would be one example.
