"Generate with AI" in Timeline not responding

When I click the "Generate with AI" button in the Timeline section, nothing happens (no output, no error message).
Most of my cases are in English, but I also use Russian and Ukrainian. Could the Cyrillic script or the specific language be causing the AI processing to fail?
I have previously noted that my transcripts are quite long. Is it possible the AI fails to trigger because the input exceeds a certain character threshold without showing a warning?
